I will definitely use Chris Shaw next time I need a heating engineer, I was really happy today and although it wasn't cheap to sort out my ancient boiler I would rather be confident that the work is of a good professional standard than save a few . Not only did he identify the issue within seconds, he located and fitted a new fan really quickly. He also spotted other issues that had been there (undetected by others) for years and sorted them out with the minimum of fuss. He was cheerful and super polite (even covering his shoes), and explained everything very clearly, making sure that I understood at each stage and was happy for him to proceed . When he had finished he tested everything meticulously and even took the trouble to show me how to set and operate the timer thing. Last but not least I noticed that not only was he well presented but so was his very clean van. This was very well equipped which inspired confidence. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work.

I have used Chris Shaw a number of times now and always been very pleased with the service. He is prompt, efficient, tidy, reasonably priced and advises at all stages as to what he is doing. He came on 27th June and did a number of things; repairing taps, replacing the waste disposal unit, changing the ball valve and valve, and he was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services. I would definitely use him again.
