Called in without having made a prior appointment and was attended to immediately. Within an hour the nasty gouge in the side of my car (small, but fairly deep) was repaired to perfection. Truly excellent service and at a good price.
Had a deep rounded dent in the tailgate of my new Mercedes GLC with Pearlescent white paint, my pride and joy, (sad, I know) where I had reversed into my motorbike in my garage, it produced a deep round dent the size of a marble and the surrounding metalwork sort of "dished in" either side with a diameter of about 5 inches nearly on the crease line. Quote from Mercedes to fill and spray...800!!!..its also double skinned aluminium!. Rob the director at Excel Dents took a look at it and said they might be able to do something for me but could not promise... as an Electro Mechanical Engineer of 40 years I was doubtful that this damage could be repaired unless fixed in the traditional fill/spray way. I took it in at 9:30am and they called me back about 12:30.... I was gobsmacked!...the dent was gone, all but the tiniest of tiny tiny marks on the paint which I had to really scrutinise to see ...marvellous...Brilliant!..I was over the moon. A superb job done and massively less expensive and invasive. I can thoroughly recommend Paul, one of the master technicians, Excel Dents and the rest of the team! Extremely good value.5 star service and outcome!
Did a brilliant job of removing a VERY nasty dent in the door of my Golf, because somebody had decided to slam their door into mine when I was parked in a car park. Rob, the director, took care of it, carefully removing the dent so that you would have to look very hard to know it was even there. Lovely bloke, too.
Rob has done an excellent job of massaging out two small dents from the bonnet of my car (and on a Sunday, too). The repair is invisible. Very pleased!
